These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kehrig Family Chiropractic website, available at kehrigfamilychiro.com (the “Site”), and any forms, communications (including SMS), or services made available through the Site. No Patient-Doctor Relationship

Your use of the Site, including submitting a contact form, sending an email or text message, calling, or otherwise communicating with Kehrig Family Chiropractic, does not create a patient-doctor relationship. A patient-doctor relationship is formed only when Kehrig Family Chiropractic agrees to provide care to you and appropriate intake, consent, and care documentation have been completed.

Do Not Send Confidential Information

Do not submit confidential, sensitive, medical, or time-sensitive information through this Site unless and until Kehrig Family Chiropractic has instructed you to do so and a patient-doctor relationship has been established. Information submitted via forms, email, or SMS may not be treated as confidential or protected health information unless and until a formal patient-doctor relationship is established and the information is received through an appropriate method.

Communications and Messaging (SMS) — Important Notices

a. Sender and Purpose: Kehrig Family Chiropractic is a chiropractic practice, not a messaging service provider. When we send SMS messages, they are sent directly by Kehrig Family Chiropractic for patient service purposes such as appointment confirmations, care-related updates, requests for information, and other transactional notices. We do not send marketing messages.

b. Third-Party Delivery Providers: We utilize third-party communication providers, such as Twilio, to facilitate delivery of our SMS messages. These providers act as processors on our behalf and are contractually required to protect and only process phone numbers for the purpose of message delivery. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

c. Opt-In, HELP, and STOP: You may opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the consent checkbox on our online forms or by verbally consenting during intake (we record the method and text used). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving SMS, reply STOP to any message, email [email protected] with the subject line “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or use any unsubscribe link provided in promotional messages.
